Comply4’spersonal ‘dashboards’ tell individuals their current areas of responsibility, outstanding tasks, work-in-progress and the status of testing. Project coordinators can also be provided with status updates so they can monitor completion against targets. Workflow management enables email reminders to be sent to users about key events or overdue tasks and changes in policy.

Documentation and change control
Comply4 supports auditors and controllers through automatic version control to build an audit trail of documents in support of decisions.

Error trapping
Comply4 ensures that errors do not occur, for example, cross-checking against the business units and processes to ensure that every risk within a process has a control, which has been tested and certified.

Reporting
A range of standard reports provide the ability to identify processes/controls, where testing has been completed and to summarise any deficiencies. Comply4’s Report Builder enables users to create, run and save custom reports.

Comply4 provides instant access to stored material via an advanced enterprise-class search tool, which can search via any attribute of a user or record.

Standardisation of records
Consistent classification is guaranteed by the use of drop down menus and choice lists which contain only valid choices. This eliminates errors and inconsistencies and ensures that searches quickly find relevant data.

Data integrity and backup
Comply4 provides enterprise class data protection. Data is stored centrally in an SQL database and protected by automatic back-ups. Because the data is stored in a detailed and flexible format it can be used for wider business analysis that can result in business gains beyond the compliance agenda.
